• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without permission

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where legally permitted)
• Scrape or harvest data in a way that violates third-party terms or privacy laws
• Use ScholarVerify outputs to mislead, defraud, or scam others
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Infringe intellectual property rights

3. Rate Limits and Fair Use

We may enforce rate limits, usage caps, and other restrictions to protect the Service. If you exceed limits, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate access.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content you upload or submit. Do not upload sensitive personal data you do not have the right to share, and do not upload confidential information unless required for your own use.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content, limiting access, suspending accounts, or reporting unlawful activity to authorities.
